New Years & Birthday celebration, where to go?

Basically my partners birthday is on New Years Day so am hoping to combine the New Years celebrations with some kind of romantic/memorable night away. I have narrowed it down to Dublin City, and have been looking at the Marker Hotel, who have a package of food/wine and then later in the night heading up to the rooftop bar…

Basically my partners birthday is on New Years Day so am hoping to combine the New Years celebrations with some kind of romantic/memorable night away.

I have narrowed it down to Dublin City, and have been looking at the Marker Hotel, who have a package of food/wine and then later in the night heading up to the rooftop bar to watch the firework display. This is the kind of thing I'm after!

So shoot, how best can I prepare a day/night of NYE and Birthday celebrations combined??? :D:D
