Hi Leebrod. The Boilerhouse would be pretty quiet on a mid-day afternoon. It is busiest on weekend nights.

I think it's about €20 for admission these days (been a long time since I was there) and you go to the locker room and change into a towel. There are three levels - one has a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room and there are private cabins above for play.

    Play safe!

There are always promos on if you check their website - likely you won't have to pay the full amount to get in.

It's a gay sauna, so if you know what you are in for, it seems to be fine. I found it was clean when I was there and there was regular cleaning going on, it was fairly calm but not sure what it is like at other times. A lot of different spaces around the different floors. I would say it's a bit busier in the evening than in the afternoon but there are usually people floating around regardless of the time. Take precautions as per usual with any public space like this and hope it works out for you.
