Account activation email never received.

    I had an ongoing issue with setting up my online account (ref 3571186771) which appeared to be resolved over the weekend. I proceeded to register my account. 

    However when trying to log in I am getting  "Your online account needs to be activated. To activate your online account, please click on the link provided in the confirmation email you received when you registered for My Water."


    I never received a link to confirm and it didn't end up in spam folders either as I checked there.
