We are hoping to take a holiday to the USA in March 2016 and have no clue on how to apply. what is the cost and how long it takes

    Thankyou in advance

she'll need a visa, and go through the normal stuff at the embassy in Dublin. Even though she's an EU spouse, her passport will be filipino. She'll need a B2 visa

    1. Fill out the form DS-160
    2. Set an appointment for the embassy in Dublin - make sure to bring proof that she will return to ireland etc
    3. If approved, passport will be couriered to your house with a visa stamp in it.

    It costs $160 in total.

    All the information is here

    http://dublin.usembassy.gov/how_to_apply.html

Get on it quick, as it can take unto 6 weeks and DO NOT BOOK any travel until you have the passport with the visa sticker in her passport.
