    Hi folks..

I need some advice but first of all I just want to add the disclaimer that this thread is in NO way about advertising what I'm selling only looking for some experience as to the best way of getting rid of it...

I have a couple of high end amps, guitars and pedals that I want to shift. The reason being #1 that I don't play all the often, #2 I'm not gigging and wont be for the foreseeable and most importantly I'm moving from Dublin to Paris in the new year to take up a new career and I can't be lugging all that stuff across the continent.. I'll be taking a small amp and one acoustic and one electric guitar my beloved Ric 330.. with one or two other stored at my folks place.

I know of sites like adverts.ie done deal etc but is there anything that you guys as musicians can say as regards a good place to shift gear quickly. Put a couple of things on adverts at really good prices but they are sitting there no offers even.

PS I wont be putting up links even if requested as I don't want this thread shut down just after advice here.. thanks.

    Done Deal?

Try Guitarist Ireland / GI Classifieds on Facebook, but depending on what it is, it could be the same as adverts in terms of how quick it will sell.

Also, try www.thefretboard.co.uk, if you don't mind posting pedals to buyers in the UK.

I'm in the same situation. Possibly moving away in the new year and will have to sell some gear as fast as I can.
