partnership question

    Hi,
    If you are a member of a partnership (which are owners of a building), is there a requirement to hold an AGM?
    If so, what would be the requirement regarding notifiication for same (i.e. in a PLC it is 21 days).
    Look forward to hearing back from someone..!
