    Hi folks

    So a while back I registered an account on your site with my current address details in response to a bill I received from yourselves in April. After speaking to the callcentre at the time I was told it would be reissued with the correct amount (I live alone) and I agreed to review at that stage.

    A few days after this I received 3 letters from IW - two inviting me to sign up (again) and the third with the same incorrect bill but this time addressed to THE OCCUPANT. 

    Given the shambolic nature of the service I received the first time I just ignored it as I'm frankly reluctant to pay for a "service" that requires me to replace shower heads and kettles every few months because of the limescale issue - which also affects the flow of the water itself, but since then I've continued to receive bills for THE OCCUPANT, again all with the incorrect amounts.

    I've had a look on the online account and the WPRN is different, the address IS right, but the bills that are there have all been cancelled? Again though I'm not really surprised given this company's performance to-date in general

    Alas as a tenant I'm probably going to have to deal with this farce one way or another, so please let me know what you need to:

    -  Update the details correctly
    -  Issue the correct bill for a single occupancy household on metered tariff (per the bills it works out about €20 per quarter currently)

    Once you have done this I will again review the situation depending on political events over the next few months.
