    Hi folks

What would happen if a business in Northern Ireland was operating in the Republic but under a name XYZ Limited that doesn't exist?

They are using the name XYZ Limited on their website, communications etc but the company ZYX Limited is not registered as a company.

Also they are not charging UK vat in the Republic (They operate Business to Consumer, Not B2B)

Does this fall under the Republic of Ireland or the UK laws?
