Bad pressure hot water taps

Hi fellas, I have had hardly any hot water pressure in my taps at home for some time and its come to the point wer somthung needs fixing! Its partuculary bad in kitchen its down to streaming water not much better than a drip! Takes 5 mins for hot water to come to it, any suggestions on a few checks to make first? Prssure…

Hi fellas,
