Eircom or Vodafone broadband??

Have to change broadband providers, we currently have digiweb but due to congestion in the evenings we need to consider another company! Any recommendations on either of the following - Vodafone or Eircom? Also willing to accept other companies. We live out towards Carlingford area so some companies can't cater for us ðŸ˜©…
