I would say so the Shannon premises is up for rent at Euro25,000 pa with minimum two year contract. http://www.daft.ie/clare/commercial-property-for-rent/restaurant-hotel-bar-for-rent/restaurant-shannon-town-centre-shannon-clare-252901/

That's a pity, the food was very good there and the draught beer was Krombacher. We were there the weekend before last and it was obvious something was on the cards, not everything on the menu was available and there was a notice on the door with reduced opening hours. It amazes me that a town the size of Shannon can support 4 Chinese restaurants/takeaways but anything else seems to struggle. We ate in Ravioli Verde at least twice a month and will miss it. Best of luck to them in Ennis.
