Home for Christmas?

    Have you or are you traveling home for Christmas? When are you arriving, how long staying? Dreading going back? It might be nice if we got an idea of returning emigrants for the holiday season and returning boardsies.
    I live here so I'm obviously not. A few younger relatives will be traveling from Canada.

    I'm hoping to catch a lift with Chris Rea. I offered to share the driving but he wouldn't hear of it. I'll chip in for petrol though.

    OP, you say that you're not home for Christmas but you already are!

    I'll be home at Christmas but it's a short trip from work.

    Definitely spend it at home wouldn't be Christmas if I was somewhere else, it's just a bit less than a 3 hour drive though. Finish work the 21st and will be home from the 22nd Dec until the 2nd or 3rd of Jan and back to work the 4th.
