    You could possibly achieve some of the audio effects in a free editor like Audacity but it would be hard work. More than likely it was something like Sony Vega or Adobe Premier/Audition and possibly some vocoder software to do the pitch shifting. Other software that could to the audio end is Logic Pro, Abelton or similar.
