    Hey there.

Anyone come through one recently? I've one next week for a technician role.

I'm familiar with how big American companies work and what they look for in people; I'm coming from a semiconductor background as a contractor.

Anything specific they hold in value as a company? Or tricky questions asked? They seemed as nice as they come on the group assessment day.

    Thanks all!

Key Traits would be as follows.............

    Good Teamwork Ethic
    Attention to detail
    RFT (Right First Time)
    Safety in all things
    Continuous Improvement
    Following SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures)

Like in a lot of interviews you more than likely will be asked to recount examples of situations when you had to make decisions, solve a problem, introduced a process improvement that led to saving money and or time.

Do the research on what products are manufactured at the site and above all try to relax and I'm sure the interview will be fine as long as you have good answers without bull****ting.

    Best of Luck
