Is it possible for a younger producer to appeal to an older demographic?

Say an early 30's producer speaking to 55yrs+ on local radio? ie. news, weather, music, opinions on local events, entertainment....

    Thanks.

i'm sure it is . after all there are no rules to say that someone of 55 and + must like certain things, have certain opinions, and cannot like some things and must not have certain opinions

I'm very highly educated. I know words, i have the best words, nobody has better words then me.

I believe young producers can appeal to older people but that may not be the case the other way around.
