    Hi All,

    I'm just wondering about rates for courier services operating around ireland. Not a complete price list for all, but if you had, that'd be great :D

    I'm assuming the rates for shipping drop a lot when you are operating at volume, what kind of terms do couriers accept and generally what kind of discount do you get on a typical "retail rate"

    I know the question is vague but I don't want to be too specific. I'm just trying to get a handle on how the business works so I can build costs into my model for a new ebusiness venture in planning.

    Most couriers at the moment would charge arund € 7.50 plus VAT for a few shipments per week.

    I have seen rates as low as € 3.95 plus VAT for daily collections / multiples of 10 per day.

    So anywhere in between really
