Can flights be transferred to another person?

    Sorry if this is a silly question but I dont fly much.

    I might be going to France for the Euro's this Summer but I wont know until April if I can get the time off work and were booking tonight so Im just wondering if its possible to transfer flights to someone else if I can't go?

    I think it is possible in all airlines to transfer booking for another person before check in but they usually charge money for change and this charge is always depend on the airlines , in wizzair I didn't pay more than 30-40 euro but with Ryanair it is about 100 euro to transfer so it will be better to just buy new ticket .

    Yeah you can, I did it before but it cost me 100 euro to change the name. The ticket was originally only 40
