I live in my own apartment and 2 weeks ago my storage heater stopped working. I have called in an electrician to check and he informed me that the esb night clock is not switching on. Do I call ESB directly or the management company of my building? He says I should let the management company know.

I would have thought that is a job for your own electrician, best to ask on the electrical forum...
