Core Prime [361F] "Easy Mode"

I just bought in CPW.uk a "Samsung Galaxy Core Prime" that's what is says on the box. The model number SM-G361F which I think makes it the VE version. Anyways first thing I did was update to Lollipop OTA then I looked for Easy Mode as phone is for an OAP. No joy it's nowhere to be found, disaster :( There are plenty of…

There are plenty of videos and guides explaining how great Easy Mode is an how to activate it so I'm at a loss to explain why it's not on my Core Prime.

Anyone any ideas or better yet a solution ?
