Amazon Germany left me short an item

I ordered two backpack raincovers from Amazon Germany, they sent me one in a large box .... when I look , they say it was delivered last week .. Does anyone know the correct way to contact them, to say they left me short of an item?

If you've difficulty with the German, use the Chrome browser, it usually offers to translate the pages.
