    You have to create a thread on the Feedback forum explaining why you'd make a good mod and what forums youd work best in. The admins will look into your application

    The odd time you see threads pop up, thstvare pure trolls or outright racism, etc. They seem to get locked and deleted very quickly, that count?

    They would count, I suppose, but still leaves the question of which one was the shortest, 2 posts should be the minimum, assuming the mod says they're locking it, but the fastest, that's a different kettle of fish.
