Bluetooth headphone adapter?

Hey guys
Basically I am looking for something that I can use in the gym to allow me to listen to music on my phone without needing to keep it attached to me e.g. so I can leave it on the floor beside me. I could probably get bluetooth headphones but a friend mentioned you can get a small bluetooth adapter that clips into normal earphones? Something like this:

I have http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00CGV4LRY and its decent enough.
It weights practically nothing and its pretty functional.

No problem! Handy little thing to have, it almost feels like its not real its so light.
