I ordered a product online a few weeks back. It was a camera for a present for a friend. The camera that arrived was not what I ordered, different model and when I looked it up, a more expensive model. The company never mentioned this and I have not heard from the, although product only arrive a few days ago.

Am I okay to give this to my friend as a present or if the company come looking for it will this put me in a legal bind?

The worst they can do is ask you to pay the difference. I assume you have checked the price you actually paid on your statement?
