Hi,

Has anyone had any success appealing an APCOA clamp fee, or experienced similar circumstances to the below.

Visitors to my apartment were clamped over the weekend. APCOA operate a texting system.we of course texted but left a space between the year and county within the reg. When we noted the auto response text some time later - maybe 40 mins we immediately resent the text without the space. Unfortunately the car was clamped 2 minutes prior to the second text.

We paid the €120 so as to get to another appointment.
