Could you advise us of which browsers and what devices you have been using to access the Electric Ireland website? Also, have you cleared any cookies from your devices? This may allow you to enter the meter reading.

If you would like us to look into submitting your reading on your behalf could you please send us the following information by private message?

• Your full name
• Your account number
• The first line of your address
• Your contact number or date of birth
• Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
