Smyths toys delivery issue

just wondering if anyone else having delivery problems. i ordered expensive santa stuff on monday and got a dispatch email and tracking number an hour or so later..today is now 5 days later and tracking number still isnt being recognised by an post. Smyths toys say its not there issue now as its left their depot an an post…

Smyths toys say its not there issue now as its left their depot an an post are saying they havnt received it.
smyths are saying its a busy time etc etc but after 5 days i feel im being fobbed off.
