    Question 1 – Water Conservation Grant Query
     
    If you were not eligible to apply for the 2015 Water Conservation Grant, once you have registered your primary residence with Irish Water you may be able to apply for the 2016 Water Conservation Grant.
     
     
    Question 2 – Incorrect Bill Received
     
    If you are moving into a new home or changing addresses, call us on 1890 448 448 so that we can make sure your account is in order and that your bills correctly reflect your move.
     
    Question 3 – Water grant
     
    As the Water Conservation Grant is issued by the Department of Social Protection, if you successfully applied for the conservation grant but have yet to receive payment you can contact the Dept. of Social Protection on 0761 087 890 for further information.
     
    Question 4 – Failure to send a correct bill since the start of the year
     
    If you are unsure about any part of your Irish Water bill, call us on 1890 448 448 and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

    Question 5 – Delay in Dept. of Social Protection issuing TIN letters.
