Quick one for the experts here! I was sick last week from work, certified by the doctor but I had already arranged to take one of the days as annual leave (before I fell sick). Can I get this day back?

Yes. But unless your workplace offers paid sick leave, it will be unpaid.

How do to it - ask you HR or manager.
