DoubLe charged for reconnection

    Hi there, I recently bought an apartment that needed to be reconnected.  I signed up to electric ireland when setting up for reconnection and I received my first bill today and appear to have been charged twice for reconnection, surely this must be a mistake.  I cannot afford to pay this charge twice. Can some one please contact me on this issue Asap please.
