    Hi

I wad under the impression that if there is a court hearing in the district court say for maintenance that you could add/apply another application such as access as long as it was within 21 days that the other party is notified

I was advised by the court clerk in swords today that this is not that case and that you must allow time for postage, the case is on the 22nd of this month and is exactly 21 days however the clerk said no there has to be time given for postage, didn't specify how long but said somewhere in region of 3 months?

I was gobsmacked...does anyone know what the story is with this?

I actually thought it was only seven days required. Three months is ridiculous!
