Broken wrist....

I had a fall hiking in Scotland on November 4th, and broke my right wrist in the process.
Not a bad break as they go, but a break nonetheless.
Missing the bike big time! Hopefully getting the cast off next Monday.
Just looking for opinions/experience etc on getting back cycling after a broken wrist. I know its not the worst bone to break in terms of cycling, but it does take some level pf punishment especially on longer rides. I've had little bits of pain from time to time in my wrists while cycling. So any tips to help me get back on the bike would be much appreciated.
    Cheers!

Done the same this time last year. Just take it easy getting back into it, I found the body was still in shock a bit at the start and was feeling a lot more tired after the bike than normal. Maybe just have a few points you can turn around and head home on the bike if your feeling tired rather than a big 100km loop with no shortcuts home.

Cheers mate. Fitness will be out the window so certainly wont be doing any 100km spins, especially this time of year!
