I ordered 2, separately earlier today and haven't received a confirmation email for either. Can't remember if Boots normally send them or just a despatch email. Afraid orders will not be honoured now 😕

I know the staff at my local boots were told they weren't allowed to hold them for customers - it was first come first served because so many people were asking for them to be held

I ordered 3 in one lot and got 3 emails- an order acknowledgment, an order confirmation and now an email to say they have been dispatched
