Hey, im trying to trim my planned build to go under €700.
I had planned to get the entire thing (moniter, keyboard, mouse) for under €800.

I plan to buy on friday when mybe ill be able to scrape some off my total figure.

Here is my build so far.

the graphics card was the cheapest version of the 960 i could find, i dont have my heart set on it

    Seagate Barracuda 7200 1000GB, SATA 6Gb/s - 46,49 €

    MSI Z97 PC Mate, Sockel 1150, ATX - 85,89 €

Cooler Master N300 mit Sichtfenster, ohne Netzteil - 39,98 €

    Intel Core i3-4170 3,7GHz LGA1150 3MB Cache Boxed CPU - 118,46 €

    Microsoft Windows 10 Home English 64-Bit (SB-Version) - 99,94 €

    SanDisk X110 128GB, 6,4cm (2.5"), SATA 6Gb/s - 52,46 €

    8GB HyperX FURY Blue 1600MHz DDR3 CL10 - 39,73 €

    Corsair VS Serie VS550, Non-Modular, 80+ - 50,82 €

    ASUS PCE-N15 - 13,21 €

    LG GH24NS bare schwarz - 11,33 €

    MSI GeForce GTX 960 2GD5, 2GB GDDR5 - 202,99 €

It totals at €760 not including shipping.

Certainly get rid of the Z97 mobo unless it has a very specific feature you want. H81 or B85 would be fine.

PSU only needs to be 400-450w (well, for head-room and longevity. Would probably work with a 350w but no expansion allowed really).

You could shave €15 off by getting an MSI 380 GPU.

Unless you really really need a DVD burner that's useless.

If you think you'll have €80 in a month's time I'd strongly suggest dropping the HDD for the moment, buy a 250GB SSD and buy the HDD next month. Budget permitting of course.

i presume the MSI H81M-P33, mATX, Sockel 1150 is not good enough?

these items are on sale, any of them worth buying for my build?

"MSI R9 270X Hawk mit MANTLE und Gaming Evolved Client, 2GB DDR5" now €172 (then €200)

" Point of View / TGT GeForce GTX 580 charged 3072MB" now €183 (then €557)

" Sapphire Radeon R9 285 ITX Compact OC, 2GB GDDR5, DVI, HDMI, 2x Mini DisplayPort, lite retail" now €203 (then €312)

    Nothing wrong with it

It'd be fine and would work, but the USB slots on the back are meant to be too close together to allow them to be fully occupied at all time, depending on the USB's housing width (fairly stupid oversight). You could shave a couple of euro off and not have that weird USB issue by getting the ASRock H81M-VG4.

i got the build down to €683 plus the shipping

i droped the motherboard down to the "ASRock H81M-VG4 R2.0, Sockel 1150, mATX" for €41

    i used the "MSI GeForce GTX 960 2GD5, 2GB GDDR5" for €200

i used the "SanDisk SSD Ultra II 240GB SDSSDHII-240G-G25" instead of my planned SSD and HHD

i plan to add a HHD after Christmas

    i also dropped to a "Corsair VS Serie VS450, Non-Modular" for €40

    Reccomend any cheap moniters?
I plan to get all of it on friday to get it a tiny bit cheaper.

so instead of the "SanDisk SSD Ultra II 240GB SDSSDHII-240G-G25" for
i can get the "Samsung SSD 850 EVO SATA 6Gb/s 250 GB" for €10 cheaper,

    Good or bad change?
