Second Redundancy Taxation

    Hi,

We have been offered voluntary redundancy in our company which, for me would work out at approx €14,000 net.

I worked in a shop 5 years ago which went into liquidation resulting in me getting statutory redundancy. It wasn't much, about €1,800.

My question is: Could the redundancy which I received 5 years ago now affect the my upcoming net redundancy because of tax implications?
