Hi guys if I am issued with a contract and sign it then get left off from that job and get a P45 plus take up employment with another company for 6 weeks before I return to job 1 does that contract still exist or does it break when I leave??

Secondly the pay rate on that contract should it show your pay including expenses or plus expenses, mine shows the rate including expenses.

    Cheers.

You are issued a P45 when you leave your job, the previous contract is therefore void. Your employer has two months to issue a new one, if the terms are still the same, it is just a matter of amending the start date. This is important as you are covered by employment legislation such as access to the ET after one year, but this would be from your second start date.
