    Just a quick question.....

As the title asks, are they pre-recorded, as a few times on the drive home, I hear the same newscaster doing the news on different stations at the same time.

Always thought they went out live ????

Some stations pre-record; however at night pretty much every commercial station takes network news from Newstalk. This is live, delivered by satellite or IP to each station; but is the same reader.

As far as I know yeah, between the three English language services. I don't have the slightest idea what RnaG does if anything.

Since UTV stopped their network service there are basically two newsreaders covering the majority of the country after hours and a few stations with no news at night.
