    On RTE last night, i broke down laughing when i saw it. A farmer from Carlow was being interviewed. I wonder if the son bought it for him as a joke.

    Progressive times we live in... That and it's hard for farmers to make ends meet these days. I'd say it's by far his most profitable crop by a long shot, fair play says I.

    I was at Oak Park in Carlow years ago on a day trip for my farming course. They had a number of cannabis plants growing and this part of a state institute...they said no one was allowed to touch the plants as they were for research...
