Check on Komplett, Dabs, Laptopsdirect, amazon.co.uk, overclockers, amazon.de, mindfactory, computeruniverse. This is the PC building forum so you won't get much specific advise. I'd be looking at a nice i3/i5 processor at that budget. Lenovo do good budget PC.
Depending on your requirements a chromebook might also be a very good option.
