hi all,
My grandfather died sixty years ago without making a will.His farm passed to my grandmother but she never registered it in her name.When she died it passed to my father but he died the same year as her.The farm is now in the possession of my mother but is still registered in my grandfathers name. Anybody know how i should go about fixing this?
