Hi All, I recently got implants placed on the top 2 front teeth (11 days ago). On day 8 I noticed a big enough lump on the top of my gum, just under the nose, on one of the implant sites. Its hard and painless and have no idea what it is. I am due back at the dentist this week to have stitches removed so I will ask when…

Hi All,

I recently got implants placed on the top 2 front teeth (11 days ago). On day 8 I noticed a big enough lump on the top of my gum, just under the nose, on one of the implant sites. Its hard and painless and have no idea what it is. I am due back at the dentist this week to have stitches removed so I will ask when I'm there. Just wondering if anyone has ever experienced this, I am a bit concerned!
