School Gate Fight

    Hoping someone can advise. There was an argument with two Mom's a few months ago outside school gate over their children. It got pretty nasty and I think it is going to court. However the rumour mill went into overdrive about who's parents were involved and a friends name was mentioned. It wasn't her and she dismissed it at first as her friends would know it wasn't here. It was witnessed but nobody seems to be saying who it was. Anyway, it was said again today that this person was involved and she wants it stopped now - does anyone know legally what she could do? Even if there is anything she could do.
