After some advice please,

I keep reliving the past in my head, like embarrassing moments where i said something wrong & everyone laughed or had to do a presentation in class & froze and couldn't say anything.

I know this sort of stuff happens to almost everyone but most days something from my past like this pops into my head & makes me feel awful
