Billing enquiry

    Hi,

    The place I am living is currently billed based on the number of adult. My wife had left the country at the end of Oct. I am the only person left in the apartment. I would expect that the charge should be reduced by half. What can I do to achieve this? By the way, I send an email via water.ie emailing system regarding this problem about two weeks ago. I have not heard anything back apart from the confirmation email. A proper explain would be appropriate. Thanks.
