    Hi all

I have tried looking for info on hiring skips in boards.ie and it is old information or not relevant to the area of the country I am looking for it for.

Does anyone have any experience getting a skip in North Co Longford area and if so what company supplied the service.

I am looking for a 12 m3 skip as a present for my mother who wants to do a massive clear out in the house and we want to give it to her as a Christmas present as well as slave kid day vouchers to help her with the cleanout.

    Any help will be appreciated

    Thanks

    Gill

I rang around for a skip in Clare recently, and my bin provider was not the cheapest by far. Ring around and see who's offering what. Also make sure to see how long you can keep the skip.

Thanks Mark. The problem is every skip hire company I have looked at do every county except Longford so really looking to see can anyone point me in the right direction to find out who actually does service North Longford. Thanks for the tip about length of time.

Do you know any local builders that would regularly hire in your area?

That or keep your eyes peeled for a skip in your area to get the name.

There's loads listed on google or maybe you could post in the Longford forum

Thanks Muffler. I will try the ones on the Google link you gave me. I am so dumb. I googled skips midlands and forgot to actually put Longford into it.

Pippip unfortunately I am in Africa so trying to do this online. Thanks though for the tip

Man, I can just imagine ringing from Africa to arrange a skip hire in Longford. They'll unplug the phone and throw it out the window!

"Hello good sir I am the prince of Nigeria and wish enlist your help to arrange a skip for the transportation of 35 million dollars left by my associate abcboyle who shares your name but is recently deceased. If you assist you will be rewarded with 10% of the contents of said skip when the transportation is complete".
