    Id guess either macroom then Dunmanway reenascreena or enniskeane and clonakilty. Having done the clon route plenty of times id try dunmanway as its easy to get lost via enniskean / balineen

    Maybe not the shortest but might be the easiest if you dont know where you are.
    Come from macroom into lissarda and keep going for another few miles. Take the turn off for crookstown/castletownbere/bantry and come into crookstown village. Take the 2nd right, signposted bandon. Keep goint straight till you hit the t junction into bandon. From bandon then its pretty much a straight road into clonakilty.
    The road from crookstown to bandon is decent. Its 45/50mph most of the way. All the other roads are very good, 60mph all the way unless your behind a tractor or slow driver and probably about 40/45 mins from start to finish.

    This is probably the best route of you are not familiar with the road. You could also go Crookstown, Beal na Beal, Newcestown, Enniskeane and Clonakilty and then on to Rosscarbery.

    That would probably be a little shorter but the road going directly into bandon is probably better, especially on frosty mornings.
    The 40/45mins i said was to Clon, Ross would be another 5 mins.

    3 main ways:

    1. Macroom -> Dunmanway -> Reenascreena -> Rosscarbery. Shortest but narrow roads along much of it.

    2. Macroom -> Lissarda -> Crookstown -> Bandon -> Clon -> Rosscarbery. Easiest if you don't know the way as a lot is along the N71.

    3. Macroom -> Lissarda -> Crookstown -> Newcestown -> Enniskeane -> Clon -> Rosscarbery. Another alternative.
