    Hi All,

    Can i do the IAA PPL writing Exams in Ireland , Then go abroad for the Flying 45 hours and check Ride?

    As long as the school you go to is an approved EASA flight training organisation there shouldn't be a problem but I would advise you to email or call the IAA just to confirm this.

    Here is an answer from IAA.

    You can complete your exams in any EASA member country. You can complete your flight training and flight test in any EASA country. But the country that your complete your medicals is the country that you must get to issue your licence.
