    Hi all,

My question is: Could a planning application for a new build get approved in Dun Laoghaire without the provision of any parking spaces. The house in question would be built right beside a bus stop on a quality bus corridor. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

DCC approve it. But that's not really answering your question.
Is there on street parking at all nearby?
Wasn't there a house on Room to Improve in Dun Laoghaire that was a converted commercial space. I can't seem to remember it having any parking space.

    Effects, thanks for your response.

In answer to your question there is quite a bit of on-street parking nearby, but it is all paid parking or parking permits in order to park on the nearby roads

I think you're bonkers. Whatever about you never having any interest in having off street parking, many potential future owners will.

Personally I will never buy a house without off street parking, it's far too annoying

Looking at the photos here it seems not. http://www.rte.ie/tv/roomtoimprove/s8ep1_gallery.html

Had a roller shutter before any work was carried out though.
