    I really doubt it. It wouldn't be worth their while. Self Catering accom is probably your best bet.

    Maybe the Inchadonney Hotel and Spa near Clonakilty? Outside West Cork I know the ROchestown Park Hotel is open on Christmas day but that is in the City.

    They are not. They are also closed St. Stephens Day unfortunately.
