I am currently in a permanent job. It is only 5 mins from home. Only here a few months but not very happy with it, it's not what I was expecting from interviews. I'm still on probationary period. I have an offer for a 12 month fixed contract position in another company, about 45 mins away. They told me that they don't know if the role will convert to a permanent position after this. They might be able to find another role for me at this stage but couldnt commit. Any advise on what I should do?
