    God that's a heartbreaking article. Growing up in the same town as Mary I was always somewhat aware that she was a savage runner even though I had no interest in athletics whatsoever.

    Really hits home just how damaging doping is.

    Mary Cullen is a fantastic athlete and one whose career I've followed since 2009, always hoping she would get her break (the other ironically enough was Martin Fagan). I would love to see her get a good injury free run to realise her full potential. Can't wait to see her run Sunday.

    Is Mary running fantastic talent I hope she gets two/three years solid now and makes the cross and rio squads. Ann Marie mcglynn is running . Mckiernan is going well would be good to see her out ? Not sure about the rest FB LL etc

    The mens could be interesting . O Lionaird is running. Travers also. Clohissey Sergio, Freddy top five ?

    Might be worth a thread of its own..
